1. The admission is on year- to-year basis.
  2. All the charges once paid are non-refundable under all circumstances.
  3. The admission is liable to be cancelled at any time during the session on any of the following grounds:
    1. Habitual default in payment of school dues.
    1. Submission of wrong/fake documents at the time of admission.
    1. Violation of rules and regulations of the school.
  4. Documents to be submitted at the time of admission:
    1. Two recent passport size coloured photographs of the child.
    1. One copy each of recent passport size coloured photograph of child with both the parents.
    1. Photocopy of Birth Certificate & AADHAR CARD of Students & Parents.
    1. School Leaving Certificate and photocopy of Report Card of the previous class.
  5. The minimum required age of the child seeking admission to Std I is 5+ years as on 01 April of the Calendar year of Admission.
  6. Admission to all the classes is on first-come-first-served basis. However, preference will be given to wards of staff members and candidates from neigh bookhood areas and siblings.
  7. Admission to classes IX & X will be according to the entrance test result in order of merit.
  8. For other classes also midterm admissions are not considered except in transfer cases, subject to the availability of seats.
  9. It is the responsibility of the parents to collect requisite information pertaining to admission fee and complete the admission related formalities by the stipulated date.
  10. From Std. VIII onwards, Transfer Certificate needs to be countersigned by the Regional Officer, CBSE of that region.
  11. Students coming from State Boards (non C.B.S.E.) need to submit Migration Certificate obtainable from the concerned Board Office.
  12. Name and Date of Birth as written in the previous School Leaving Certificate I Birth Certificate shall remain final and will not be changed afterwards.
  13. The school reserves the right to accept or reject the admission.

A Note to the Parents / Guardians ( no leave will be sanctioned during examinations.)

  1. Please send your ward to the school well in time otherwise he / she will be sent back home.
  2. Please send your ward in proper school uniform.
  3. Please note that the school telephone is for official use only. Students will not be allowed to make personal calls. However, in emergency due consideration would be given.
  4. Please note that no half-day leave will be granted to your ward. In case of emergency only parents are allowed to collect their children from the school.
  5. Please report immediately to the school office about any change of address or telephone number in writing.
  6. Please note that continuous absence for six days without any application will automatically lead to cancelling the name of your ward.
  7. Only parent’s should come to discuss the performance of their wards.
  8. Please note that no Motor Vehicles/Motorbikes/Mobile Phones/Cameras/Audio-Video CDs/DVDs are allowed in the School premises.
  9. Parent’s should ensure that students should not bring any objectionable reading material.
  10. Please motivate your ward for participating in Co-Scholastic Activities.
  11. Please attend the open house organized from time to time to discuss the progress of your ward/s.

Parent’s / Guardians Declaration:

We have read the rules and regulations of the Sri Sainath International School and agree to abide by them. If in spite of precautions taken by the school, any mishap, accident, injury or death takes place during the period of my/our ward’s stay in the school during school hours and when he/she joins a tour, excursion, sport activities or camp, I/we will not hold the school or any member of its staff wholly or partly responsible for it.

Documentation required to be submitted along with the registration form:

  • 5 Passport size photographs of the child and 1 of each parent, duly affixed in the form.
  • An attested copy of the Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation/Civic Authorities.
  • Transfer Certificate & a photocopy of the report card of the attended school.
  • Copy of parent’s qualifications and occupation.
  • Copy of residential proof.

Eligibility Criteria for Admission into:

  • Nursery /LKG : 3 Years and above
  • Prep/KG/UKG : 4 Years and above

Age for admission in classes 1st and above will be as prescribed by CBSE mentioned below :-

  • Class I – 5 Years as on 31st March of Academic Session
  • Class II – 6.5 Years – 8 Years
  • Class III – 7.5 Years – 9 Years
  • Class IV – 8.5 Years – 10 Years
  • Class V – 9.5 Years – 11 Years
  • Class VI – 10.5 Years – 12 Years
  • Class VII – 11.5 Years – 13 Years
  • Class VIII – 12.5 Years – 14 Years
  • Class IX – 13.5 Years – 15 Years
  • Class X – 14.5 Years – 16 Years
